How Equality is Formed

When you are recruited to work at a new company and sit in a leadership position (whatever the level), being humble is necessary. There’s no need to be “as if” the smartest. Being humble in social interaction especially in an organization is also important to create equality and encourage other parties to speak out.

Even though you have a lot of experience recently, it is not a guarantee that you will definitely be successful at the new company. Experience and the inner beauty of our mentality are valuable inputs for our success in managing our resources with the principles of mutual respect and appreciation. Therefore you need cultural adaptation and support from your team.

Cultural Adaptation

Adapting to the habits of an organization is one of the virtues that we can apply when joining an organization.

  • Lifestyle with an all-digital lifestyle, such as working, shopping, meetings and school, internet users in this world have increased.
  • Company culture includes the qualities that differentiate them from other companies. How employees function in the workplace and how the public views the company are two key components of corporate culture.

Remember in the company, there are leaders who don’t have a “position”, even though they are staff, old people, don’t have high positions, but they are accepted and acknowledged by many people. In considering the people like this, get to know and understand them, build a good relationship. Maybe they’re not the best performers (which is why they hired you), but they’ve been around longer and are more trusted. Meanwhile, those of you who are new are still newbies, even though you occupy a C level position, you are still a newbie at the company. Newbies are still newbies, whatever their position.
