Our society will need a well-prepared information and skills to face EUDR policies to be implemented in more practical ways. According to the recent news, that the European Union’s new Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), will be enforced on December 30, 2024, will pose barriers for Indonesia’s commodities sectors due to the legality and traceability compliance requested by the regulation. The National Dashboard, the Government of Indonesia’s initiative, provides a centralized, monitored platform that can ensure and address such challenges and concerns.

However, on the other hand, several agencies involved in forestry work still have difficulty sharing outdated information and skills that are not very relevant to the implications that may affect the implementation of the EUDR.
