To understand the governance of an organization, we indeed need to frequently engage in dialogue and discussions to develop the ideas we possess. That dialogue aims to clarify any lingering issues in our minds so that, during implementation, we can work together synergistically. The willingness to discuss must, of course, always be maintained because we are dealing with many different perspectives. The process of brainstorming and aligning perceptions will strengthen our knowledge base, making it easier for us to take subsequent action.
